David S. Feather

David S. Feather is a 1990 graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton and a 1993 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law.

Mr. Feather is a member of various bar associations, including the American Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. In addition, until it was recently disbanded, he served as one of only eight members of the Legal Advisory Committee of the American Association of University Women (“AAUW”), a national organization dedicated to the advancement of women employed in higher education. Finally, Mr. Feather was a co-editor for the second supplement to the Bureau of National Affairs’ publication, Employment Discrimination Law, Third Edition, which was originally published in December 2000.

Throughout the years, Mr. Feather has lectured to both the public and private organizations, including fellow attorneys seeking continuing legal education credits. He has also written numerous articles on various legal issues.
