Feather Law Firm, P.C. is involved in every aspect of labor law. We negotiate collective bargaining agreements, represent clients in union grievances and arbitrations, and also represent civil service employees in hearings and appeals. We have litigated matters pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and have appeared on behalf of clients in front of the New York City Civil Service Commission, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH). In addition, Mr. Feather represents unions, as well as union members in grievances and arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements.
The Law Firm has also represented clients with regard to wage and hour claims, such as the failure to pay overtime, minimum wage, and/or prevailing wage.
Finally, the Law Firm has successfully defended business clients before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.
